A contemporary psychological thriller set in New York City, QUID PRO QUO centers around Isaac (Nick Stahl), a popular NPR reporter who receives an anonymous tip about a possible crime at a local hospital. His investigation leads him to a dangerous sub-culture of disability 'wannabes,' at the center of which is Fiona (Vera Farmiga), a beguiling and beautiful blonde with a mysterious past. Following her, Isaac is drawn deeper and deeper into a shadowy world of sexual taboos and psychological violence.
